We are now offering a flat rate brokering service!  We will hold your real estate license with our brokerage.  You conduct your business as normal.  On each closing we will take a transactional fee of $600 and you will keep the rest of your commission!  It does not matter how much the transaction was.  You could’ve sold a million dollar listing.  All we charge is a transactional fee!  You do all the work, you deserve all the money!
